We are a winery in Niagara County, NY, in the township of Cambria, near Ransomville. Just 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 30 minutes from Buffalo, NY.
Our winter hours (Jan - Apr) are Friday 12-6; Saturday 10-6; and Sunday 12-7, plus holiday Mondays (MLK & Presidents Day). The rest of the year (May - Dec) we have additional hours on Monday 12 - 6 & Thursday 12 - 6. We can be available other days by appointment only.

A Gust of Sun is pleased to announce that our Late Harvest Vignoles won DOUBLE GOLD (highest possible score) at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition in March of 2013! All told, we took home 5 medals! To see which other wines won, click the "our wines" link at the top of the page.
May 10 - 12 Just in time for Mothers' Day and Wine Tourism Day, it's the Wine Trail Blossoms Event! Tickets are on sale at the trail website. Each winery on the trail will be handing out laser-etched wooden wine charms to participating visitors. In addition, at A Gust of Sun, we will be hosting masseuse Emily Jarnot from Muse Massage & Wellness who will be giving $5 & $10 massages! A Gust of Sun will even buy you a massage for a 1/2 case or full case purchase!
New June Vendor Fair!
A Gust of Sun will be hosting a Vendor Fair all 5 weekends in June this year! Most vendors should fall into the "Arts & Crafts" category. Each booth should have a tangible product of some sort for sale. We do carry snack foods and nonalcoholic beverages for sale at the winery. Snack foods include potato chips, pretzels, trail mix, sunflower seeds, and apple chips. Other beverages include Saratoga & Poland Spring water, 4 varieties of Snapple, Grape juice, Jack Nicklaus lemonades, pop, and ViB. Customers are welcome to bring in their own food & non-alcoholic beverages.

Our upstairs lounge is complete...and fully furnished! It has a small serving bar with bar seating, two living room style seating areas, two barrel tables with bar stools, books & board games, a computer and projector, blue ray player, and stereo. Come check it out! The lounge will open to the public most of the time during business hours, but can be booked for private functions.
